Hi,
I recently sent this to the Tech Support at Nero and haven't got any reply

 
    Every time I try to format a cd-rw in InCD the program runs for about 25-30 minutes then I get the following:
 
        error code
        [0051-0003-0072-0000]
 
        Disc error occurred.
        Reboot your computer and try again
        Please insert a new disk
 
    My drive is a Lite-On LTR-32123S
    firmware revision XS06
    Nero Burning Rom 5.0 and InCD came bundled with my drive.
 
    I'm using Win98se
    DMA is selected in System properties 
 
    InCD version 3.51.91
 
    CD-RW are:  Memorex 700mb 4x
 
    Q:  Am I doing something wrong?
    Q:  Is the media not compatible?
    Q   Is my drive not compatible with InCD (the compatibility table showed a LTR-32123 without the "S")?
 
Any help would be appreciated as I am frustrated at this point.
