Other users of my laptop have had trouble learning to use the touchpad, so I purchased an inexpensive miniature USB mouse for them to use. It's made by GE and Walgreen's carries them for around $10. Now the user has his/her choice.

I have a Toshiba Satellite A13 and have difficulty with the curser
moving to different areas of document as I type. I jumps around and I
can't tell if I am accidentally "stroking" the touchpad with my thumb
as I type or what. Anybody have suggestions as to how to eliminate
this annoying problem. I am constantly having to cut and paste to make
a coherent document. Thanks as always for your expertise.
Laurel
