That is not too shabby a speed... Verizon changed all the big lines
outside my house several years ago and my speed DROPPED to that
as a result... (When I was still on dial-up.)

I got DSL about a year ago, and it ran fine for 9 months and then started acting
up... SO, they cut my speed 30% as a "best effort" attempt to fix it and get
me back to what I had...  Be careful what you ask for with the phone company!
(They are the only game in town, and act like it...)
