Hi,

Does this board support a MOBILE processor?

Have you made sure that the silicon area of the chip is not cracked, chiped,
scratched, etc, assuming
the mobile chip is similar to the regular XP chip with exposed silicon.

Thanks and have a Great Day!

================================================
I am assembling a new computer: Asus
A7N8X-X board, Athlon mobile XP 2400+
processor, etc.

On this board there are 3 RAM slots, 2 close together and one separated
somewhat.
The manual of the board does not mention any preferred slot.

My question: does it make any difference which RAM slot the 512MB Kingston
stick of RAM goes into?
