I've been Trying to restore the OS (WIN 98 SE) on a Sony pent. III 450 MHz, SO I get about 10 to 13% of the image restored and it stops, I get this blue screen AND it reads 
Exception OE has occurred at 0028:C0033782 in VxD VCACHE (01)+0000019a 
 This was called up from 0028:C0030A76 in VxD VFAT (01)+00009cb6.
     I,I've tried this with two different hard drives, one has some bad clusters on it I thought this might be the problem but the same thing happened with the other, also is there a way to repair bad clusters. I would appreciate some help with this if possible.  THANK YOU.
