sounds like a good deal
You listed the following:
AMD Athlon xp1500+
128 SDRAM,
40 gig drive,
24x10x40 CD-RW,
integrated 3D graphics,
10/100 Lan/56k
V90 modem,
 keybd, mouse,
17" Daytek monitor and Windows XP for
All this for 565 is a good deal!!

The only thing is where you are purchasing, Are they going to be there to
help you if any problems arise (Warranty? ). Dell has a Duron 1.3 Ghz ,
which is a slower processor and everything the same. for a lot more.899.00

Find out if the monitor is new. Other than that sounds good to me But i would
suggest you double up the memory to 256 mb from the current 128 sdram.

For what you are going to use it for it will be just fine
