Adding more ram is not going to trigger WPA.  Don't even worry about it. I
know some tests people did at the beginning of WinXP showed that you could
change a lot of your system hardware without triggering it.  As long as you
are a legitimate owner of the software license, MS is going to validate it
anyway.
