These are most likely 4M parity SIMM's.  4MB is the largest you will find in 30
pin SIMM's, so the only expansion you will be able to do is to add another 4
SIMM's (they are getting scarcer, but you should still be able to find them).
The '-7' indicates they are 70ns.

When asking for them at a store, you should ask for 4MB (megabyte) 30 pin, 70ns
(nanosecond) parity SIMM's. You should also insist on the 9 chip variety as well
as some people have had problems mixing 3 chip and 9 chip in the same system.
