Media Center Edition is essentially XP Home SP2 with a few more bells and
whistles with regards to media players and video capabilities. Otherwise I
can find no other differences.

Subject: [PCBUILD] Windows XP Pro vs. Media Center Edition

I am getting a new computer, and I see they usually come with Windows
XP Media
Center Edition. How does that differ from XP Pro, and what are the
considerations of which to get? I expect to use it using a
wireless broadband
connection.

Thaks,
