Subject: [PCBUILD] Formatting difficulty with Windows ME

> Hello,
>
> I'm having difficulty eliminating all my data from my hard drive. I use
Windows ME and my system (Cicero) comes with a CD that refuses to work
unless the hard drive is formatted. I have attempted to format the hard
drive in DOS but it keeps giving me incorrect version numbers.
