In order to be running Win Me you have FAT32 already. FAT16 only ran on early versions of Win 95. Win Me won't run on NTSF, so we know you don't have that. There is nothing to change.

>I am running Windows ME on my system. I want to change to FAT32 but there is nowhere in this system to find the process. Can anyone offer any assistance? I have been into Fdisk and when I say yes to enabling large disk support it accepts it but doesn't do it. any suggestions would be appreciated.
