I bought one of those and it is useless.  When I tried to use it, it seemed
to change the file to read only and they would not transfer no matter how I
tried to change the properties.

I received this ad in a newsletter that I get sometimes.

Is this too good to be true?  Also, I cannot find where it addresses
transferring files from a 32 bit to a 64 bit.  Wouldn't that be an issue?
