If nothing else, you can buy this and use it for the $20 upgrade rebate.

I would be reluctant to buy any software directly from the manufacturer
unless I was in a hurry because there are so many discount codes at stores
like Office Depot where I can save money off list price.

I've seen Nero in Office Max, Wal-Mart, and in most computer stores that
handle software. It is also available for download from their website along
