Hello Dianne,

It's not unusual for a file to become corrupted during the download process.
Probably if you had tried another download it would have worked fine. In
answer to your question, there is a "Contact" link on the site where you can
make comments, suggestions, etc.:

thank you very much for your advice.  I figured out the problem.  I created
a boot disk from the PCBuild web site, and it was faulty, it didnt boot.  So
I went to another web site, created a boot disk, and now I have been able to
do the whole process.  Thanks again for your help, how can I alert the web
site that they need to check their boot disk download links?
