yes, it will ask that you place the win95 cd in the drive then after it
tests, it will ask
for the 98 cd to be reinserted.

nope sorry.

For your best bet on a bootable floppy is see if a friend who has the 98
system
disk (one like the kind you make through win95 in the cntrl pnl, but 98s
version).

You could always get the 98 upgrade, install it, then make the floppy. Just
goto
the Control Panel : Add Remove Programs, then select Startup Disk.
