Hi,
        The best answer I can give is possibly. I doubt it would shorten it, but
if your hard drive is thrashing due to insufficient ram, then it would in
fact lengthen it since using the hard drive takes much more energy than
using the ram.

HTH,
Donald Gaither

Subject: [PCBUILD] RAM Upgrades & Battery Life

If I upgrade the RAM on my notebook PC by adding another SIMM (the socket
is now vacant), will it (noticeably) affect the battery life?
