  Celerons are specced to run with a 66 MHz FSB, so any 66 MHz RAM that
your motherboard supports will do.  If you decide to try overclocking,
you'll need faster RAM, but my understanding is that the cache on the
400 itself is not rated fast enough to overclock very well.

  In general, fast memory will work just fine as a substitute for slow
memory of the same type (FPM/EDO/SDRAM).  PC100 in a 66 MHz system
should be no problem.
