I suspect the message is "floppy can't be accessed".  If you put a floppy in your floppy drive can you see it in Windows Explorer?  What OS do you have (Win 9x, Me, 2k, xp, Linux, Mac OS)?  Have the floppies you are using been formatted?  Are they formatted for PC or Mac?  Is your floppy drive dead or alive?  What kind of boot disk are you trying to make?
