Update,  Still can't download.  Checked all settings I could think of.
All seemed OK. Then checked Internet Files thru options in Control
Panel. Found size set at 0. Could not reset, (aiming for 10MB). Dialog
box kept appearing saying to set value between 1 and 0. Fractional
values ?????? Somehow my machine with the 40 G  HD is thinking it is
full and not allowing anything into the HD. Properties of the HD show
3.6G used and 33.7G available. Am I looking at a partition problem? Can
partitioning be done without loss of data??
