What were the conditions of storage? Extreme temperatures or dusty or
moist conditions may be at fault here.
Start it up with the case removed and see if the hard drive is turning.
You should be able to hear a noticeable whine, feel the vibration.
You most likely need to replace the CMOS battery as well.
