Yes it can altho I wouldn't recommend it. you can use Norton utilities
DISKEDIT to view/edit/ your drive. you can view it logically or physically.
A big word of caution you can also make your HD unreadable as well. (this
will not physically damage the drive ) It would be just like having a brand
new HDD all clean no data o board. if you have any questions please feel
