This is what I'm saying to all who ask my advice on the matter.

and the monitor [watch your eyes!], keyboard [hands!] and good mouse
or trackball [hands again].

The same for monitor, keyboard and mouse. Microsoft ergonomic keyboard
is top score, and Logitech's mice/trackballs are really good.
