Subject: Compaq Professional Workstation 5000

Does anybody know the route into the set-up menu with a Compaq Professional
Work Station 5000?
I can only get it to POST up to an error message 1780-Disk 0 Failure.
The 2 gig HDD is a Scuzzy. I have tried attaching an IDE Hard drive as a
master on the single IDE connector but it is failing to recognise it
correctly.
I figure that if I can get into the BIOS I can restore set-up defaults or at
least manually set the hard disk.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Best wishes
Graham Peak.
