Hi,
I have a HP 855 that is five years old. It too started having pick up
troubles. I don’t know if the 682 are similar, probably not, but enough
alike for this to possibly work. What I did was to take some 400 grit
wet-dry paper and manually run the printer and scuff up the pick up wheels.
It took a few times, but it has been working flawlessly for the past few
months. Be sure to blow out any left over crud after you are finished.

Hello,
My friend has a HEWLETT PACKARD 682C PRINTER but of late, it has been giving
trouble. It will not pick up paper from the tray but if you load the paper
manually, it works. Is there a way that this can be fixed or is the printer
done. Everything works well exept the paper feed. Please help.
Thanks
Mwelwa.
