Tell us the make and model of the router.
For my Linksys Router, I access the settings by opening IE and typing
http://192.168.1.251/ in the address bar. You'll need to know the user name
and password-the default for Linksys is "Admin". There may be additional
settings in the Network icon in Control panel.

Can you tell me where do I find the settings for my wireless router?
I am running windows ME. I paid someone from CompUSA to come in and install
the router when I got it and now I have to restore my computer and I don't
have
the money to spare to have someone come in again to install it.
