Here is some problem update.
The network has been problem for long time since about 7-8 weeks ago when all
computers (newly built at that time) had been set up as a P-to-P network. The
problem is rather called "Radom problem" than normal "problem". here is the
details:
1) PC5, PC6 and PC2 always have radom network porblem. the most common one is
PC5 is unable to access from others.
2) The next common problem is PC6 and PC2 cannot see/access PC5, while others
can see PC5 in network neighborhood, but cannot access PC5.
3) As I said in last post, there are computers invisible/unaccessable in network
neighborhood, but resourse on those computer can be mapped as network drive and
access from others.
3) I have reinstalled Protocal, checked if there is any misspelling. No help.
4) I thought it may be cable problem, but I cannot test cabling.
5) I changed the hub, no help.
6) The cable company who installed cable tested the cable and said no problem
(but they didn't test while the problem appears, they came in when everything
was ok).
7) Network cards have been changed with no help.
8) Since PC5 is the most trouble computer, I already changed completed new
computer to replace it twise. No help.
9) Now, no computer can access PC5 again.

I'm running out of idea, please someone help me out.

Thanks

J Qian
