WinMe has no DOS as Win9x does!
You should have the boot floppy made in WinMe graphic regime.
Booting from this floppy you can restore the last RECOWER POINT in the
case you made it beforehand in the grahic mode. If you didn't do that
you can restore the point when you install OS only.
