Well, no, that would be a true preinstall, which is entirely different
process than using either setup routines....The major advantages of
oemsetup.exe are:

1 - FDISK/Format during setup
2 - Automatically setup of DOS commands for CD-ROM

There is a few minor advantages as far as flexibility, but the
username/company info on first boot is using the documented preinstallation
process which comes with an OEM 5 pak of CDs and uses the ADMIN directory on
the CD.....
