Don't know for sure if this is a PCSOFT or PCBUILD, but here goes. A friend
has a 98SE machine running w/32 meg ram, AMD 233MMX, TXPro mobo. More and
more frequently, she gets this message on boot-up:

While initializing device IOS:
Error: An I/O subsystem driver failed to load.
Either a file in the .\iosubsys subdirectory is corrupt,
or the system is low on memory.

Turning the system off and back on again usually works. Is this a driver
problem? Why would it boot up ok sometimes and not others? How could you
trace the driver if that is the cause?

all help appreciated!
