  Normally, Task Manager should be able to give you some idea what 
process/program is using what percentage of the CPU, too.  (There can be 
times when the CPU is being bogged down at an infection so deep that Task 
Manager can't show specifics -- but in those cases, it's hard to bring up 
Task Manager at all!)

  Explore.  Under the View menu, you can select which columns of information 
are visible, and you can sort the table on any column by clicking on the 
column title.
