Hi Terry,

Could be AOL- they seem to have lots of issues across the board.

How about getting to another PC- maybe a friend or library & setting up a free internet account with Juno or Netzero? Then try connecting through them?

I did find reference to drivers for your modem here:

http://www.modem-drivers.com/companies/801.htm

I suppose it's worth a shot to try them but I'd rather try another connection first to rule out AOL before changing something in your system that may be fine.

Then you'd have a backup provider to boot!
