Hi,All, for the past month or so my monitor starts off with a blackish color after a cold boot and gradually brightens after about 5/7 minutes.earlier on it was possible to read the "post" though with difficulty but during the past 3/4 days it has become so bad that I can not even see the letters. after sometime it gets back to normal. I have not made any changes to any of the monitor settings. my question is--- Is it indicative of a dying crt or something minor?

 all input will be very much appreciated.
