It seems like the only difference between that one my CTX notebook is
that it cost me $2000 (when they first came out) and that mine is a
166Mhz.

I like the machine features, but the battery begin not to hold a charge
or charge fully about 7 mo. into ownership.  I wasn't using it much on
the road so I didn't find out about the 1 yr. battery policy until too
late.

The audio never was very good, TS said it couldn't be improved.

The monitor goes out intermittently, it works fine with a regular one
and seems to come back about the time I get ready to UPS it out of
here.  I'll do that in a few days anyway cause I've only got a month or
so left on the warranty.

Just the facts.  You make the call.
