Hi Friends,
I m having problems in installing HP scanjet 4100 C scanner.
When I start it, it makes noises, quite loud, at the beginning while
warmimg up the lamp.
It makes two or three attempts at warming up the lamp with whirring noises.
Finally when the picture appears, they are just colored lines as it is a
carpet.
I uninstalled it completely , removed it from Device manager in Image
Device and started to instal it all over again , but with the same results.
Any help in this regard will be very much appreciated.
I m running win 98 in Dell Pll-450 with 128 RAM
