This is driving me crazy -

I connect to the Internet with my desktop at 50,600bps.  With my
desktop, right next to it, same connection I can only get 30,600bps.
Even on the road I've never been able to get better than 30k.

Desktop - IBM Aptiva 300mhz Win98
Laptop - IBM Thinkpad PIII 700mhz Win2000

Any thoughts?
