Yes, there is. Start Internet Explorer, and then select Tools, Windows 
Update from the menu. This will load the updates page, and after a bit 
of a wait, it will show you all of the updates that have not been 
installed on your computer yet.

You can un-check any update you do not wish to install. When you are 
done reviewing the available updates, you just need to click the 
"Install Now" button on the page, and any updates you have selected to  
install will be downloaded and installed for you.
