This line below suggests that your BIOS battery probably needs replacing.

As far as your data goes......It depends how you reload Windows, I don't see
that as being necessary at this stage, but make backups anyway.

It takes multiple bootings to get windows to finally load and when it
begins,
there is an error message that says "CMOS checksum error" and "F1 to load
Defaults" when I hit F1 windows will finally load.
