Hi,

Normal - Because of Intrl speedstep technoogy in the mobile processors, the
Bios will manage the speed of the cpu to conserve power

Hence the different numbers

Thanks and have a Great Day!

================================
Some of our notebooks HP NX9010, p4 2.4 GHz are showing two different CPU
frequencies when you go to propertys in MY PC, XP SP2. first you see a 2.39
ghz report and below you see a report showing 1.58 ghz.
I run a cpu id utility from Intel and everything seems to be ok.
Is it a normal behaviour of a movil cpu?
TIA
