Hi Jim,

If you saw my late post, Roxanne is right on this one.  It worked!  The problem I
had was that I was so focused on fixing it that I neglected to insert a CD in the
drive.  Must have tried it twenty times before sending the post and realized it
seconds after I hit send.   Thanks to all for the help.    Art Cassel
