I have an older PC, that I'm trying to get working properly for a young friend.
Whenever the screen saver comes on for a long period of time, the monitor goes black and the
sytem locks up. I have a 233MHZ processor. 64MB ram/ 4gig free on my HD.
I've recently had 96mB ram, but removed 32, to see if the problem is being caused by bad memory.
I'm running Win98. I've swapped diff Screen savers and still the same results.
I also put in a new Video card.
Any one have any ideas.
Arnie
