  I hate to tell you this, but the first time it broke down and you were
able to get it running was a stroke of luck.  I myself would have copied
the data off of the disk to another media and get the drive replaced.

  If the hd is working and you do not see a problem in the accessing, no, I
have seen it happen to Seagate and Fujitsu hard drives all of the time.  I
recommend that you get the hard drive replaced, either buy a new one or get
it replaced under warrantee.
