services a few months ago, which I think might work for you. It is called
"Billpower" and it allows you
to set up by project, make notes of work performed, set up rates, etc. Last
time I looked it was at www.integracomputing.com. I have no association
with it or them, just was searching the net for a service oriented billing
app. and found this. It is free evaluation copy and can be upgraded to a
paid commercial
package for a reasonably low price. Try it; you might like it.
