If you installed Win98SE by itself your laptop will not function the way it
did when it left the factory. The "recovery" or "Install disks" have all the
necessary drivers for the system. Windows 98SE is anemic in this area.
Because the unit is proprietary in nature, you will need to download or
extract the necessary drivers either from Dell or the Dell disk (s).
