PCBuilders,

How does one transfer VHS movies to DVD?  AT this point the specific project that I may be involved in is a little vague; so this is just a general information question.   Can it be done with software and cables on a PC?   Or is there a separate player/recorder that will make that transfer.

What about 16 or 8 mm movies.   How can those be transferred to DVD?
