I'd be worried about the damage showing on the box, and the
possible damage to the MB of course...
Cracked/fractured solder joints, physical damage of any sort...

Unless you have an actual hard drive on the ports near the
card slots, as opposed to the ones near the RAM, the BIOS
is just telling you there is nothing there, (since there is not...)

The above ASSumes the board is an ASUS P4B533-E
and has only one hard drive as master on the primary
MB hard drive port (the "traditional one")...
