I understand that there is a way to use my second computer to enter my main computer and do a virus scan using the AVAST in my second unit. both are running XPpro, sp2 into a router/modem to the internet. I will put my main unit on safe mode & close RESTORE.
The virus that I know I have is VIRTUMONDE. sdn & .dll AND .sci !!! I saw those when I did a SPYBOT scan. There may be more versions in there??
Can someone guide me through the process?  Thank you in advance  Al Smith
