The safest way to do this is:
1) backup what you need all from old HDD first - Very important!!!
2) take off old HDD, just connect the new HDD and cd-rom (as slave on 2nd
IDE), install win98.
3)After installation, add two old HDDs in (don't forget jumper setting).
4) clean, copy, move .. do what you feel need on old HDDs. If you want, you
can re-partition the old HDDs since you already backed 'em up.

PS: normaly, you can only have 4 devices on 2 IDE, so 3 HDDs + 1 CD-ROM
reached the limit.
