Autosensing hubs sense the lowest transfer rate of the NICs connected
and then all data moves through the hub at that rate.  A 10mb card with
all the other cards at 10/100mb will slow that whole system to 10mb.

If you wish to have 100mb transfers on your system, you will need to
use a Switch instead of a Hub.   Switches are about 3 to 4 times the
cost of a hub.  They allow 10mb and 10/100mb cards to be connected
and services all the cards at each cards speed.
