Run the defrag in win95. The scandisk should run in conjunction with that.
Before any operations are done, it will provide you with the % fragmented.
Obviously if its 0% you can make your own judgement. It depends on which
programs you normally use and how often.
I usually run it when I have a free hour and happen to think of it.
