I don't want to unnecessarily prolong this thread, but I can offer advice
for dealing with Tiger, as I have bought a number of times from them.
Don't rely on letters, emails, or faxes. They are likely to ignore all.
If only get automated message telephoning, call sales and ask to be
transferred to Customer Service. When I have reached someone by phone I
have been generally accommodated, and have succeeded in returning several
items for full refund. Technical service is also likely to be helpful if
you reach someone. Whether you buy from Tiger is your choice; the above
is to help if you do.
